Just installed this set up and I highly recommend it. I had terrible bump steer and replaced ball joints, axle joints and rebuilt steering box. The bump steer became less with each improvement but it was still there and it was not fun to drive. I replaced the stock steering linkage with the Stone Crusher system and it feels like a brand new truck.D60 under a early bronco. My steering has gotten pretty sloppy over the past month and I was wondering My front end was completely rebuilt 2 years ago (new coils, complete bushing set, stone crusher steering, rebuilt PS box, all 4 ball joints, etc.). This Ben would tell you that one, you should stay away from Heim jointed steering such as BC or stone crusher and there are others. Heims will wear out quicker- I just had to replace a set on my Stone Crusher steering setup. I also run a similar setup on my rock crawler Dana 60- tie rod over. Steering Slop Bronco Zone
Steering has a few degrees slop either side of neutral. When I watch the Tie Rod Ends they "rock (or roll)" in the Knuckle joint before they start to pull the wheel. There is definitely a bushing at each joint. Tie rod OVER the tie rod wants to roll up or down before it pulls left / right...
