Researcher: doc. Ing. Lenka Slavíková, Ph.D.
Project number: CA16209
Faculty: Faculty of Social and Economic Studies, Faculty of Science

The issue with these measures is that they “take up” more land, which is usually privately owned. This includes not only economic (how to compensate owners for retention) and legal (how to define the rights and obligations of the participating parties) aspects but also the issue of participative management of flood risks. The project is multidisciplinary – it includes hydrologists, ecologists, landscape engineers, ecologists, geographers, economists, and sociologists from Europe.

Development of methods of economic evaluation of green and blue infrastructures in human settlements
