Nanotextiles have been a living theme at UJEP for several years. This was mainly due to the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of the Environment. In 2017, thanks to the diligence of our scientists and coherent cooperation with companies, UJEP created two patents. One in the area of nanofibrous layers, which are used for air filtration and the other for a new method of preparation of nanofibrous textile composite, which can be used for the production of the cover of small wounds and wounds. It is also worth noting that applied nanotechnology, a field with a huge future, can be studied at UJEP.
